Digital signage provides an easy way to communicate with residents, prospective clients, employees, and many more. But while communication is now easier than ever, it’s more of a challenge to communicate clearly.
Digital signage’s ease-of-use means that it’s easy to overload your presentation with extraneous information. Too much content makes it difficult for your audience to discern important information, defeating the purpose of your signage campaign.
Too much information can hinder communication with your audiences, so keep the following tips in mind when planning your content-
- When creating slides, create a headline that sums up the main idea you wish to communicate. Trim down the content for your slide, getting rid of any information that doesn’t directly support that topic.
- Use visual illustrations (photographs, diagrams, and so on) to separate your presentation into distinct segments. This helps break monotony and aids with memory retention.
